We propose an initial design, and discuss the ordering process.
We send over our quotation within 72 hours, and go over payment terms.

STEP 4 - WEEK THREE (OR EARLIER)
FINAL CONTRACTS AND APPLYING ANY CHANGES IN WORK OF SCOPE UPON APPROVAL OF QUOTATION
After signing off on your quote and final drawings, we send you over our contract or we can make any changes or additions to your original quote. This is also when you'll inform us of your final choice of colors.
We can also make renderings at a $150 charge for your review.
STEP 5 - WEEKS 3-12
PRODUCTION: SIT BACK AND RELAX
We advise you on lead times and we place the order with Renson as soon as your financing has been approved or your downpayment has been received. Depending on where the pergola is manufactured (either the Belgium plant or Carrollton, TX plant), production times vary between 6-8 weeks (+ocean shipping +/- 5 weeks from Belgium). STEP 6 - WEEKS 16 (OR EARLIER)
INSTALLATION
We professionally prepare and install your patio cover at your home or building site. A few visits may be required. A typical installation takes 2 days per unit.
